BACKGROUND & CONTEXT

Fictional Case Study

Context: A company wants to provide its employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to work at home effectively.

Challenges: In response to the COVID pandemic, a company has required its employees to work from home. Working from home can often make it often seem like life and work are overlapping and finding the balance and remaining productive is essential to being successful as a remote worker.

Moreover, In a virtual medium, maintaining professionalism online and mastering good communication skills is another challenge for remote workers.

Being effective in working remotely is a struggle for many employees. With these issues in mind, providing ways and techniques in which remote workers can find the right work/life balance and bridge the engagement gap to become effective and productive is the right solution.

Solution: Eventhough an eLearning course was offered to address this problem. This video helps employees to recognize briefly the most important tips and best practices for optimizing their work from home.

Results: The employees reported they felt that they are more aware to monitor their work/life balance and keep their productivity
