I am a lifelong learner and highly motivated Instructional designer and eLearning developer with more than 10 years of experience in the learning development field. Throughout my educational career, I gained substantial experience proposing, designing, building, and launching engaging learning experiences that implement a number of strategies. 

As an educator, I found my passion for problem-solving, learning, and technologies. Those 3 aspects inspired me to continue my studies in the Learning Development field. 

Currently, as an instructional designer and eLearning developer,  I can tap into my problem-solving skills to create memorable engaging eLearning that changes behavior. I enjoy the rewarding work of creating exceptional learning solutions for adult learners that break complex concepts into understandable, engaging topics and close performance gaps.
